KIS 916 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

To register and use the platform KIS 916, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in account closure and fund freezing without prior notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. KIS 916 takes the prohibition of underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual, not as a corporation or organisation acting on behalf of others.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the KIS 916. Registering duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts may be closed with funds forfeited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. KIS 916 will never request your password through any communication channel.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account or digital wallet holder used for deposits and withdrawals. KIS 916 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• For Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, the official results announced by the respective league governing body are final for betting settlement purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by KIS 916 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 10x, 15x, or 20x).

• Virtual sports operate using independently certified random number generators (RNG) and run 24 hours a day without interruption. All outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by any external party.
